How can I improve my overall rugby ability and performance.

The Link Rugby Academy is set up to assist the transition from school rugby to colts, and the further development of our current colts as they prepare for grade rugby in the future.

The Link Rugby Academy runs over an 8 week period from October to December each year. We focus on Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition and individual Skill development. The program is set up and run by experienced coaches from Drummoyne Rugby and invited coaches from Shute Shield.

The academy is for 17 -21 year olds, is by invitation only and is funded by the Drummoyne Rugby Community.

Women’s Rugby Academy.

For the 2026 Season, Drummoyne will be hosting a women’s team. This team is open to anyone interested, whether you have played for years or never held a rugby ball.
