In preparation for a shortened (potential) season with back to back rounds, and a short window of preparation on the field, it’s more important than ever to ensure we are doing all we can off the field to get our bodies ready. Rugby Australia have updated their game management guidelines, and it would be great if you can take the time to go through the changes.
We are providing the below guideline for training and mobility to reduce your risk of injury.
Week 1-2 (starting Apr 27th)
- Mon – Upper Body 1
- Tue – Sprints 1
- Wed – Core 1
- Thu – Sprints 2
- Fri – Mobility
- Sat – Sprints 3
- Sun – Mobility
Week 3-4 (starting May 11th) , Week 5-6 (starting May 25th), Week 7-8 (starting June 8th), Week 9-10 (starting June 22nd) will be posted closer to each date
